Hi, I am Katie. Not only do I own and operate Love, Katie Distilling- but I am also the founder of sips MOBILE BAR CO. I really wanted to change the scene for mobile bars, which led me to creating a spirit line and opening a distillery.
Being a gay individual, I really wanted to focus my energy on spreading love- and of course a good cocktail.
I created Love, Katie Distilling as a love letter to my best girl, Jen. She reminds me to be myself every day and encourages me to always go for my dreams! The world is full of so much hate- love should never be complicated The tasting room is a space for anyone to share their love with whom ever they choose. Let it be your love letter! In addition to my girlfriend, I have two kids, a German Shepherd, and two cats!
When I'm not distilling, you may find me playing volleyball, hiking, watching the Steelers, or going on long weekend adventures. We only have one life to live- I don't want to mess it up!

Katie (LK)
It's "Little" Katie, the distillery superstar! She began her journey as a helper during the build with hard work and dedication she is now rocking the bottling and labeling game while diving into the world of distilling. When off-duty, she is all about discovering new food and coffee spots, going to the gym, reading, and creating beautiful memories with her two girls (and 4 cats).
Steven
Steven lives in Regent Square with his husband and two cats! When he isn't at the distillery he is probably traveling, at a concert, enjoying local restaurants, baking- or hanging out with his nephews and nieces. He likes anything where he gets to show his creative side, whether it is creating something delicious or whipping up some high-quality cocktails!

Katie C. and Katie crossed paths ages ago while teaming up in the eye care world. Not just an eye expert, Katie also rocked it at Narcisi Winery, mastering the art of hosting bustling events. Juggling two kiddos and her main squeeze, Joe, life's a whirlwind for this multitasking superstar!
Ashley
Ashley is our HR whiz and budding bartender! She's been tight with Katie since they were knee-high to a grasshopper. Ashley lives locally with her boyfriend Justin and their two fur babies. They are all about exploring new destinations, trying out mouthwatering food joints, and having a blast with board games at the distillery.
